The Full Story
At Town Hill Estate, our mission is deeply personal. As parents to a child with a severe disability who requires 24/7 medical care, Daniela and I were faced with a question that many families like ours must confront: what happens when we are no longer able to provide that care ourselves? Out of that question, Town Hill Estate was born.

We set out to build a home where our son, Jovan, can continue to live safely, with dignity and stability, for the rest of his life—a home intentionally designed so it can one day be easily converted into a group home for other children and young adults with disabilities facing similar circumstances. This long-term vision is at the heart of everything we do.

Today, Town Hill Estate is dedicated to creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive programs and environment for children and young adults with disabilities. Through our events and programs, we provide meaningful experiences that foster connection and personal growth through music, arts, and nature. We believe deeply in the transformative power of these elements to heal, inspire, and empower, and we are committed to ensuring that every program we offer promotes genuine engagement, belonging, and joy.

Town Hill Estate is not only a place—it is a promise: that individuals with disabilities will always have a community, a home, and opportunities to thrive.

To deliver the highest quality experiences, we collaborate with esteemed partners, including Berklee College of Music, MIT, North Shore Consortium, and independent artists. Together, we strive to create enriching programs that promote connection, belonging, and personal growth. Our mission is to cultivate an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated, fostering a space of acceptance, joy, and creativity.

In addition to our programs, we are pleased to offer our property free of charge to families with children who have special needs or catastrophic illnesses, providing them with a welcoming and supportive environment to host their own gatherings.
Furthermore, we welcome individuals and businesses to host their private events at Town Hill Estate, helping to support our mission and ensuring that we can continue creating meaningful opportunities for the communities we serve.
